Overview
Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging with all tags and accessories intact.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products cannot be returned:
- Opened or used cosmetics, skincare, or beauty tools
- Earrings and other intimate jewelry
- Gift cards
- Downloadable or digital products
- Personalized or custom-made items
Partial Refunds May Be Granted
- Items with visible signs of use
- Any product not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error
- Returns requested after 30 days of delivery
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, you will be notified by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Check your bank or credit card statement again.
- Contact your credit card provider — processing times may vary.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Items marked as sale or clearance are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
To request an exchange, email us at info@tookkart.com with your order details.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at checkout and shipped directly to you:
- You’ll receive a gift credit for the return value.
- Once received and approved, a gift voucher will be emailed or mailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift, or the gift giver had the order sent to themselves, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser.

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
- We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without tracking.
